Julie is a great seller’s advocate – When we first inspected the property we were struck on just how passionate and knowledgeable Julie was about it. It was almost as if she lived there! That passion for the property rubbed onto us, helped build our connection to it and helped us envisage living there. This is an important and rare skill for a real estate agent but one that Julie definitely has. Anyone wanting to sell their house can be rest assured that they are in great hands with Julie.

Julie is a great buyer’s advocate – It can be hard to find the perfect property. At the start, we’d had a couple of minor concerns about it. Julie helped us overcome these and see the potential and positive aspects. She is a fantastic communicator, kept us fully up-to-date with how things were progressing. After we purchased the property, given she is a Sunshine Coast local and has extensive networks across the region, Julie was able to put us in touch with reputable trades and expert advice that we have been able to rely upon. Well, I don’t even know where to start with singing your praises Julie so I’ll try to list just a few of the many things that you did for us that I am thankful for:

1. Not pressuring us to sign with you which gave me a level of comfort that you were considerate of our needs;

2. Providing excellent advice around the marketing strategy, explaining all options to us and the benefits and disadvantages of each. It’s fair to say that your recommended strategy definitely worked best for us;

3. Arranging at very short notice for the photography of our home including great advice regarding how we should present the property. We received such great feedback from potential buyers on the way the property was styled and presented;

4. Arranging for all of the reports to be prepared on our behalf in preparation for the auction;

5. Being available to show prospective buyers through the property at any time and at short notice;

6. Providing us with prompt and honest feedback following inspections and offers;

7. Negotiating a fantastic outcome on our behalf, exceeding our expectations; and

8. For ALWAYS answering your phone when I called, even if it was for the 10th time that day!!!
